The Hospice benefit covers the following:
Medical service and home visits by a physician
Nurses (BSN, RN, LPN)
Medical Social Worker
Chaplain and / or Spiritual Counselor
Certified nursing assistants and home health aides

Occupational or Speech therapists
Volunteer support
Psychosocial, spiritual, and crisis counseling
Medical equipment and supplies
