 We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) 

The mission of our partnerships is to establish an enduring network of hospice and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) professionals, Veterans, volunteers, and other interested organizations working together to provide quality services through the end of life for Veterans.
